Ashley recruited me to work as a Technical Specialist. She was extremely patient and informative as I contemplated the job change. I was impressed by her technical knowledge, especially since she isn’t an engineer. I later got to work with Ashley as she moved into her BD role and I supported some of the new clients she brought in. Ashley always listened, asked deep questions and provided solutions. I’ll never forget teaching her high level kinematics so she could dig into with potential candidates. One thing about Ashley is that her enthusiasm for the industry and whatever she does always shines through.

I utilized Ashley while building my vehicle safety and durability team. She took the time to learn the CAE and Test Engineering roles so she could dig in when speaking to candidates and provided me exceptional feedback on their experience, communication, values and potential reservations. She saved me an incredible amount of time not having to go through a mound of resumes and her feedback allowed me to have more pointed interviews when I spoke to candidates.
I will never forget sitting down with Ashley and teaching her about various topics such as vehicle testing, simulation, dynamics, ECUs and dSPACE. Not being an engineer, it took her a second to get it, but she was relentless in insisting she understood and kept asking questions. Ultimately I’m glad she kept it up because she was able to find great fits the test engineers we needed. What’s more, is that Ashley keeps in touch. Always willing to help people especially when they’re on the immigration time clock with no benefit to her. Ashley is a great person to be connected with. I can safely say that she will give it her 100% no matter what the task at hand is.
